Cell Phone Trek Regret ordering from CellPhoneTrek.net Florida

I ordered two Nokia Lumia 521 cel phone cases on 10.15.13 and my bank account was charged for the purchase the next day.  15 days later I still have no order.  I e-mail customer service twice over the next two days.  No reply.  I call and get cut off half way through the conversation.  I call back (no 1-800 number mind you; this is all long-distance on my dime) and was told the the item was shipped out 8 days after ordering.  8 DAYS???  I asked if that is typical and she said my items "were backordered."  No one contacted me to let me know that little nugget of information.  She looked up the tracking and apparently my item is in a hub in Seattle at the moment. Will never order from them again.
