Very awful customer service! I went to get my phone repaired and I received it back even more damaged and they refused to admit it and would not fix there damage. I went to fix my screen and My phone speakers did not work! He accused me of lieing with a horrible attitude! What a waist of $200 spent! Warning do not repair with them you will get back a more damaged phone! Horrible service! I will make sure no one at countryside mall from Dillards comes to you for service!
