CELLARIS WELLING MALL BEING RIPPED OFF ON A CELL PHONE REPAIR $160.00 WELLINGTON Florida

This company is dishonest and rips people off. We brought our cell phone in that was wet. They saud no problem we can fix it like new for $160.00. He said it will be ready in two hours.

So we prepaid for this per the cellaris store instructions and came back and the phone was given back to us and it still did not work. He then said it will be another $50.00 for a replacement microphone. We said you told us $160.00 would fix it and he said I can either order it or not order it so we were pushed against the wall and had a broken phone still and were out the $160 so we said order it.

We came back to the store 5 days later to have the mic installed and they said sorry it is not a serviceable part so they wont give us our money back and it is them who misdiagnosed our phone from the beginning. SHOULD WE HAVE KNOWN THE TRUH WE COULD OF MADE A DECISION TO SIMPLY NOT REPAIR AND BUY A REPLACEMENT FROM A DEALER...
