Cellflirt.com Cellfish.com ripped me off after I was unsubscribed New York, New York

I did an online IQ quiz and got a text to get the results, added the numbers from the Text and got signed up for Cellflirt.com.  I immediately texted them back to stop all text to my phone.  Did what they told me to do and when I got the phone bill I was charged $9.99 for their service.  I contacted them to unsubscribe me and to get a refund.  Had to jump through several hoops to supposedly get the refund, no refund.  I contacted the Attorney General for the state of Nebraska and they sent me paperwork to fill out.  I contacted their supprt network and told them that I was filing a complaint with the Attorney General, got an e-mail saying my refund would be in the mail within 5 days.  Well something told me to check my new phone bill and low and behold the charged my phone again on the 24th of August another $9.99.  I have e-mailed them and told them I was not going through the same crap I had to for July and was filling out the paperwork for the Attorney General and filing an official complaint about their company.  Maybe if enough people file complaints about these companies they will stop trying to rip people off.
