Cellista We order a trial package, & they charged $79.95 to our account w/o our okay. Tried to get refund, was informed if you opened trial package -NO REFUND! Las Vegas Nevada

Saw an ad for pure cbd and wondered if it would be helpful for husband with diabestes.  so we order the trial package and low and behold they charged our account for $79.95, which we never saw this amount for an order.  when we found out our account had been $79.95, we immediately called the number list with the charge (888-432-1747) was informed that they would cancel the order, but was not told there would be no refund since we had opened the package. 

we find this to be most a terrible thing to do to people.  also, tried to email them at:info@cellistalabs.com, informed by our email provider that was an invalid address.  we are just really upset to think that a so called good company would do a thing like this.  we would really like to be able to get ahold  of them and let them know how we feel about such an so called company. $79.95 is not easy when you live on social security.
