Purchase flashligt on their web site.  Flashligt broke within two months.  I contact seller via their email complaint form within two months.

No answer so I sent an email again.  They responded that three months had passed and I was out of warranty.  I responded that I had complained within the timeline.  They wrote back and said since I had not returned the flashlight within 14 days(!) my complaint was not valid, but they did offer me a store credit.

I wrote back today and said the store credit could be ok but what are the contingencies around the credit. I am disappointed with the seller and wil not use them again and suggest that buyer beware.
