THe service is way overpriced as they charge 69.99 to get the account started and then there is a 19.99 monthly fee. Whether or not you use it. THese charges are not well documented. I called once because it was not clear what the software would cost and I found out that they continue to charge me 19.99 for two months more. In my original call to the comany they did not tell me that they wouyld continue to charge 19.99.

As of today I made my second call to cansell this service. I was given a call number I am hoping that I will not be charged next month. I have tried to log in to my account and have never been able to see if the software even works. SO I can not comment on that.
