They are SCAM ARTISTS. IF YOU HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THEM READ ON AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS. I ordered a phone on 3-19-08 from them and they said to allow 3 business days to ship. When they did not I asked for a refund on March 24th. (By the way, don't bother calling them, they don't answer the phone). They did not respond to my online request until the March 30 saying "Your refund should take up to 14 business days to get to you.
It is now April 11 and I am waiting until the 17th. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which has no teeth to it since they can't go after them legally, they just ASK the company to resolve the complaint) POINTLESS!
What will work is if you have been ripped off by them file a complaint with the US Department of Justice Internet Fraud Division at this link https://complaint.ic3.gov/Default.aspx
The US DOJ DOES HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO GO AFTER AND SHUT THESE SHEISTERS DOWN! THE MORE PEOPLE WHO FILE AND COMPLAIN, THE MORE LIKELY THEY WILL HAVE A FEDERAL INJUCTION ON THEM AND BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED AND HAD THEIR MONEY STOLEN SHOULD IMMEDIATELY FILE A COMPLAINT. YOU DO HAVE RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER AND WE SHOULD ALL STAND TOGETHER AND FIGHT INJUSTICE AS ONE!
