Resubmission of rebate claim and info required was sent to original address on 9/16/2006. They claim they did not receive resubmission because their letter dated 9/26/2006 had a new address for sending claims. I did not realize the new address on the letter and felt I had already done what they asked for on 9/16/2006. On inquiring about my rebate on 12/13/2006, they would not reconsider my situation because now the deadline for submission had passed.

Their period for submission would only be accepted no earlier than 180 days after activation date and no later than 210 days after activation date. This time period was ridiculous. How many customers would remember to submit their claim within their time frame? After 6 months and within a 30 days period thereafter. It's apparent that they did not want to give a rebate in the first place.
