cellular outiftters misleading shipping Internet

 I went to order cell phone cases from cellular outfitters. I put my items in the cart and hit check out. It gave me my total which was 11$ and change . next to shipping it didn't have any fee, it just had 2 dashes. No where on the page did it mention shipping charges. It said it will process my card for the 11 and change. I hit accept. After it processed my card it then said 23 and change was charged to my credit card. AFTER They charged my card it said I was charged 12 and change for shipping. It was extremely misleading. I should be able to know what shipping is before I make the purchase so I can decide if I want to pay it or not. Fraud is telling me your going to charge me 11 dollars then turning around and charging my card 23. I didn't ok the 23, I said ok to the 11$. I will not but from them again. I don't care how cheap the prices are I will not give my money to a company that misleads its customers and makes unauthorized charged.
