I worked for this company many years ago, and although it's been many years class action suits stay against these people for the way they treat every human just trying to get a head in life and provide for their families and just get paid normal. When I signed on to work they waited til after the second interview that lasted over 2 hours and I had to drive each time an hour trip there and back home. I then discovered with many others in the room at the VERY LAST MINUTE, that we were to have NO BASED PAY (ILLEGAL), and that we would get only commission checks weekly.
They were never prompt and cheated me out of sells I made that were the highest and giving my sells away to other people because it was my first few days and during training I made the highest sells in the whole month because I was just that great at my job. Numerous times when it was time to get paid I would have worked my butt off and spent every inch of my time working at times 7 days in a week to end up with a 200.00 kind of paycheck. Made me sick to my stomach and yet they would require me to drive even further and further to other stores that were low in sales.
I then got let go one day when I got an emergency call from my child whom was just a few months old was extremely sick and the daycare said she has had diaherra 3x in a row and that's the maximum amount she is able to have that happen and it's Immediate that I come and get her. I called to speak to RICK who later got fired because he is overweight lazy obnocious and runs off good people and hates life and treats others with disrespect so it was fully expected, but the jerk fired me over needing to go on emergency to care for my sick child and rush her to her doctors office I had to make the call while at work.
I should have been protected by the FMLA ACT and wasn't, I didn't get my job back, Jan who works for the company felt bad for me and said his day was approaching soon, and the pay was all screwed up and you worked day to night for an entire week to barely get paid even though you are making sells and there daily. They also told me that we had to bring our own 200.00 dollars out of our bank accounts and use that as our drawer money to exchange money with clients that are paying bills or buying phones, and whatever is left over the 200.00 of our own cash we can't touch bc it's needed at work for your specific drawer that money goes to deposits at regions whom they banked with.
We were brought on as commission and draw only. When I try to explain the pay to employers while going to a new job their mouths drop and I am not believed and told to file suit. I have been contacted 2 times by attorneys for other people that I had to sign papers saying I would join that persons class action suit and they seem to find me anywhere I live. I got paid 2 times around 140.00 for each of the times I was contacted. These people are frauds and the fact they are still operating and manipulating workers to this day is so sad and such a let down to see. Don't work for them or they will use you up and take your pay.
