Cellularchoices - Verizon Wireless $150.00 IPC + $50.00 CXR Verizon E815 mail in rebates ripoff Internet

Celluarchoices order # 595113225.

Motorola E815 wireless phone purchased online 10/18/2005 promised $50.00 CXR Verizon Motorola E815 rebate and $150.00 IPC Mail-in rebate which I have never received because I have been unable to seure the rebate forms for submission.

There were no rebate form(s) received with my shipment When I tried to download the rebate forms online I received the following error:http error 404- File or directory not found

Verizon rebate center finally emailed me their rebate form which I submitted via US post office by due date yet Verizon insists they never received my initial rebate request so now I have to resubmit rebate form again.

Reps spoken with at phone #s called have not provenhelpful.Today Mr. Gaurav (866-423-2073)promised to expedite my rebate concerns and request his company email rebate forms;however, he also referred me to a rebate processing website and phone # that has not supported his firm since August, 2005!

Rebates are time sensitive. If a consumer does not remit their requests timely the claim will be denied;however,if consumer can not secure these nor ever received the rebate forms in the first place how can we possibly meet the submission deadline?
