Cellularwigns.com Cellular Wings I Bought a 450$ phone and never received it and no response. Internet

 I Bought a new cell phone for a great deal of money from this website two weeks ago. They sent an email stating that they shipped the phone 10 days ago via 2 day priority USPS. USPS said that they NEVER shipped the phone, but only made a label for the shipment. They have my money. Every time I call it goes straight to voicemail. They won't return my call.

They will pick up if I call from a different number, but if I call a second time from that same number they program it to go to voicemail. They are avoiding me and will not be upfront with me. They insisted they mail the phone and that it might have gotten lost but never have me a USPS investigation case number. ?? If there was a problem with attaining my phone for shipment they should have been straight forward and actually call me back because now I believe they scammed me.
