On April 6, 2008, I made the mistake of purchasing the TRIAL ORDER ONLY at cellulean.com. I did not agree to further shipments, as my choice said TRIAL ONLY @ $10. I made up my mind that this product was not doing what the advertising says it does. I saw no results, and I do not have a chronic problem. I felt like I should have seen SOME positive results, and I did not over the four week period, using the product as directed.

I had no intention of purchasing more of this product. When I was surprised by a shipment of it, I immediately returned it in its unopened box, refusing delivery, and returning it to them in perfect condition. When I was billed for it, anyway, I called cellulean.com at their contact number. Their customer service really stinks, and I'm being nice. The girl was very curt and unprofessional and refused to refund my money even though she acknowledged they did receive the returned product as a "refused delivery." She was downright obnoxious, and I decided not to discuss it with her further, informing her I would just take it to my credit card company and dispute the charges.

I even have a confirmed e-mail receipt that they received the returned product as a "refused delivery." You would think that they lost nothing...not even a breaking into the package...and a refund would be no problem. WELL...THAT WAS JUST TOO LOGICAL! That's not how this company does business.

I find this company to be very underhanded and deceitful in their practices. OH, and by the way, the owner and President of the MWT, Inc. is Patrick J. Leddy, for all of you wondering why you can't seem to get someone to cough up his name. Yep...you can't find out his name, unless maybe he's read a few complaints and has changed that practice. OR...is he's hiding because of his deceptive practices? But he sure will take your money and run!!!

At http://www.cellulean.com you will find in the upper right hand corner "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED." If you click on that little logo, you will find a statement that tells you you can get your money back if you return the product within 30 days of the shipment of it, a portion used or the UNused product. WHICH, I did do..UNUSED, even. They still won't process a refund to my credit card. That "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK" IS A LIE!!!

Around the middle of the page you will find the statement, "ORDER NOW RISK FREE." I guess their keeping of your money when you return the product isn't your risk??? WHAT PLANET ARE THEY ON?! I suppose that little statement means no risk to THEM! Isn't that backwards???

I find the practices of this company to be very dishonest, and I would categorize them as merchant fraud, not following their own policies printed on their own website. I intend to keep fighting them, as I will not back down from the bullying they seem to believe they can get by with. In searching on the net, I have found a few other people to have issues with them for the very same reasons as I. What I feel I have experienced with http://www.cellulean.com is not the operational procedures of a reputable company.

My advice to you if you plan on ordering from this company to buy the trial product, then report your credit card number stolen AFTER YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU ORIGINALLY AGREED TO, because they WILL charge your account if you're not very careful and send you additional product whether you feel you authorized them to or not. Then, you'll be left with the same situation as I (and a few others I've read about today) have been left with.

Click on the MWT, Inc. link under "Company Name" to see the BBB report for that area. THEY HAVE AN "F" RATING! All of the pertinent information you need to know will pop up. AND...they are not a member of the Better Business Bureau, another "no-surprise!"
