We know who you are and you have a vendetta against us but the facts are the facts. 1) Your 1020 was delay by AT&T not releasing the code and many status emails went out regarding this delay. 2) At the time we had only ONE source to unlock the Lumia 1020 and that ONE source reported your IMEI NOT clean. So no code was available 3) NetChoice Investments purchased (The closing finished 12/24/13) the company assets and domain but NOT the debt and financials nor the underlying CellUnlock.net LLC. 4) Your order was before we purchased the company and we simply told your financials reside under the former ownership and they will address / refund you. But your decided wrongfully to go a rage attack for something that is factual. Your financials are with the former owner .. simple as that.
