I purchased 2 jawbone bluetooths from this vendor. Items were to be brand NEW.
Upon getting the items, I opend them (they were in a bag not a box) I read the directions charged them and neither of the worked, they wouldnt take a charge at all would not even come on for 1 second.
I emailed cellxpo and told them the problem I was told they test every set that go's out of their shop and tried to make it appear I didnt read the directions.
I replied I have been using the product for ver 10 years and I think I can plug a charger in, please exchange or refund our money for the items. They told me I have to go to the manufacturer.
They just ripped me off and thats it. Then I sope about it at a meeting and they have ripped off tons of people but the money was so small people didnt persue it. Enough is Enough.
