Centennial Windows Their "Lifetime Guarantee" is a HOAX ! THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY Windsor Ontario Canada

Finally! A place where we can lodge our complaints and then maybe, just maybe, after SEVERAL YEARS...Centennial Windows will finally listen to us.

We purchased double patio doors from Centennial Windows and have had problems upon problems. The patio windows WERE NEVER PROPERLY FITTED thus making it very cold and very costly. The doors are not sealed and we have drafts.

In additon, the screens have never been fitted properly either...they have never locked because the doors do not have the proper mechanisms to do this. They also, are not fitted properly.

We contacted the company over and over and over and over......without any respons. The only thing that we can do is to continue to put this on social media and warn potential customers. 

We invested a substancial amount of money in these windows and we have the "Lifetime Guarantee"...which means nothing.

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE, maybe 

Mr. George Warren, customer service manager for Centennial Windows can drop in to see this and fix the problem. 

We recently replaced neither 20 windows in our home, and we did not even consider Centennial Windows. We will be building in the near future and definitely not consider them. We have informed several of the contractors and interior designers to stear clear. Some even came to see the double patio doors in question, and could not believe the shoddy work.

Please, Mr. George Warren, customer service manager, (if you are still working there ) help us. Please send help and keep us warm. Make this right.
