Centennial Windows shoddy work ,promises on phone not followed through,phone calls are not returned london, Ontario

On april 14&15/09 Centennial replaced all windows, replaced patio, door installed bay window.($19900.70) paid in full .

Inside wall above bay was not finished ready to paint as stated in contract. Some trim was oak,some was mahogony. Patio door glass was scratched. Sealer  between glass is hanging down. Some windows have dirt streaks between glass,but only seen when sun is shining on them. Some siding was cut too short,also cracked & broken.

After a rather heated  phone call they came & replaced trim with oak&finished wall. They brought a new door but it was the wrong size.

After numerous phone calls to installation manager I kept getting promises. Now he won"t talk to me on phone or return my calls.

It is now sept. 18/09 over 5 months since intial job was completed & paid for.
