Center For Credit Counseling Services (CFCCS) ripoff! They need to be part of a class action suit! They take your money and do NOT pay your creditors! Deerfield Beach Florida

I have just finished compiling a lengthy amount of material to send to my state Attorney General. I hope that anyone who is reading this and has encountered the same type of problems that others have, will do the same.

My story is the same - having a difficult time paying bills on time - did not want to wreck my credit report - researched many companies (boy, the CFCCS script is a doozy!) - was sold a bill of goods- now I have attorney fees, a bad credit report, am paying double payments each mont-to both CFCCS and the creditors and also have $ being taken out of my checking account unauthorized by myself. Oh, CFCCS also has about $2600 of my money that has not been received by my creditors - I say received becasue CFCCS says the $ has been disburded the checks must be sittingon soneone's desk!!!!

I have put a stop paymewnt on my draft check because even though I sent a registered letter I am afraid they will try to cash it

I truly do not know how folks work for this company - is a job that hard to come by?? Employees certainly must know that their company uses fraudulent practices. Actually their have been a few customer service folks who tried to be helpful but they seem to disappear I gusess some do have a conscience.

That's all - I feel very foolish and stupid to have fallen into their scheme!!! I hope I can get my money sent to my creditors
