This place runs more like a for-cash business than anything related to actual health.
First off, they have a "one-size-fits-all" model for testosterone. Testosterone is different for every individual and what is high for some may be low for others. Everyone essential receives the same dose regardless of individual need.
Second, the dosing is on a two week basis. Despite their COMPLETELY INACCURATE claims to the contrary on their website, 14 day dosing is not only inefficient medically speaking, it's quite harmful. By the 8 day mark the testosterone in your system will be 50%. By teh 14 day mark (time for your next injection) it will be roughly 20-25%. What this means for the patient - who should actually be called customers as they're not concerned with your overall well being in the slightest - is that the hormone required by your body for all sorts of things will fluctuate to such a degree that by the last several days before your dosing you may very well end up with erectile disfunction, mood swings, and general malaise. This also means that because your day after dosing is so high, you run the risk of throwing off other hormones in your body. When asked about these side effects they were brushed off as nonsense....and that if a patient WAS to have these side effects, they'd just have to stop taking the treatments cold turkey which in itself presents a whole host of other biological side effects.
Third, and this one really takes the cake, is pricing. You can only go into one of their little micro-clinics for "treatment". This is 65 dollars for a single dose. The price of one month of "treatment" from this facility costs more than 4-5 months of reasonable self treatment from any other reputable clinic. You're essentially paying someone 65 dollars to inject you with 5 dollars worth of medicine with a 15¢. You can get 12-14 weeks of treatment out of a 70 dollar vial from CostCo with proper prescription.
SAVE YOUR MONEY. Find a clinic that will give you the REAL treatment you need, gentlemen. There are plenty of other facilities here in Florida that are actually concerned with your health. Where the doctor will spend real time with you, discuss your true bloodwork, and talk about all your options. Don't be fooled by their nonsense.
Best of luck and best of health!

C4MH does not accept insurance reimbursement and therefore accepts cash only however as we dislike handling cash we truly only accept Credit or debot cards. Health care is a business, our physicians practice medicine and each has been with C4MH since inception, all have 20+ years of medical practice expereince and none have any discipline history. Patients see the physician before any treatments starts along with all labs completed and reviewed. Patients BP's are checked on a regular basis and hb/ht blood levels are checked in office throughout treatment, additionally patient does labs at 12 weeks after start of treatment and dosage is adjusted on those results. There is no one dose fits all and our pricing page at C4MH.com makes that clear. We have 15 locations for treatment, we do not dispense (in Florida it is illegal for a physician to dispense controlled substances II & III). Labs continue to be done throughout treatment.
As for cost: we are a for profit medical care facility and believe are prices are fair for services offered (have not changed in 2.5 years), yes we mark up our product just as any other for profit business does. Pharamcies mark up (ambien generic wholesale is 4 cents each and walgreens sells for $2.50 each), resturants mark up as you sure pay more for a salad then the 10 cents of lettuce in it. The price complaint is nonsensical. Your initial exam is $45 which includes labs and a physicans exam. Our cost for labs is $47 and the Board Certified Internal Medicine physician he saw does not work for free. If that patient went into Quest lab as self pay patient he would pay over $400.00.
We never use compounded testosterone and only use pharameceutical T with pedigree papers as required by Florida Statute. Each location is indiviually licensed as a State of Florida Health Care Clinic Establishment.
At any time a patient may come in and speak with the physician at no cost which has been our policy from day one, you may express your opinion on your care but that does not necessarily mean the physician will agree with you.
The 14 day dosing is absolutley proper and is based on FDA guidlines, pfizer pharma recomendations and the scientific 1/2 life of testosterone. There are certain patients that have more often dosing but those have labs that indicate an special issue that requires such care. Each patient is treated indiviually and that care is based both on pathology and physicians exam. The complaintant is not a physician and obviously basis his position on chat room gossip. We are medical facility and we will treat based on the standard of care not chat room gossip.
There are cheaper ways including black market T and mail order doctors, we chose the way that provides a higher level of care. The choice is and always has been yours but complaints should be based on the truth.
We have treated 1,000's and like everyone other business we have some that just don't think we are for them and we understand that. With the pending FDA changes that are soon to come and DEA actions we expect complainant to have issues with his cheaper way. We have no fear of those regulatory issues because we already comply.
At the end of the day we are a medical facility and patient care is our first and foremost priority.
