Center Point Industries Steve green Combo Vending Machine Company Houston, Texas

I will keep this as simple as I can. Steve Green is a liar and his "boss" Carrie Wallace is an even worse character. I found this Combo vending machine franchise opportunity on line and decided to give them a call. I was treated very well for the first few weeks when I was sending them my money. First I sent $500.00 and then another $8800.00 thinking they were some what reputable. I have not heard from these clowns again with the exception being when I called for almost an hour straight and aggravated them so much that someone finally answered the phone. I sent them the money in August and have been waiting ever since for my machines.

Finally I had enough waiting and called, it took forever, and finally got Steve to send me a refund letter. That was October 15th, 2010 when I recieved the letter. I sent it back to them signed on 10-25-10, a bit late because my fax was not working. Today is 12-02-10 and I have not seen my refund yet. I recieved an email from Carrie Wallace almost a week ago stating that my machines would be delivered and they wanted to send me an extra one for free. After all of the trouble and broken promises I was just tired of dealing with them and wanted my money back. I tried to contact them by phone with two different numbers, by fax, and through their email address but no one has had the courtesy to pick up or respond as of yet. They, Steve, made all sorts of promises but none were fulfilled and I think he is a very bad guy. Of course, I would like to say a lot more terrible things about Mr. Green but I will refrain. I am still hopeful that I will get my money back but that hope is dwindling.
