I was surfing the web like I often do and came across the center4grants. They explained that the government had all kinds off money that they had to give away, so why shouldn't they give some to you.

The worst part of all this was I had seen an add on N.B.C newsactually stateing that the government did this. And the add I read actually named N.B.C in it , so I decided I would get the free C.D that the company said they would send me for the price of shipping and handling, this would give me more details.

I should have known better than to give them a credit card # . Well sure enough I looked on my bank statement and the $2.95 had been taken out to send the C.D which was supposed to be there within 7 days. And I checked my account the followinf day only to see that they had taken out $39.95 out of my account.

So I called the 1- 800 # And got some one on the phone I couldn't understand a word he said, and I'm Brittish and he couldn't understand a word I said. They gave me 3 different confirmation # to get my money back and cancel three different accounts that I had signed up for that I had no Idea had done.

Anyway I'll be watching my bank statement to see if I actually get the money back.

Winston,
I just wanted to take a moment to address your comments about our company. We market products that cover a variety of areas, aimed at helping clients with finding a grant that fits their needs, the grant writing process, applying for SBA loans, etc.
There are no commitments with the free product, only the shipping and handling charge. There is a bonus free trial period to the website membership that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation/thank you email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not charge anyone that cancels during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.

If you are another client that is reading this and feel you we have failed you in any way, I would like to opportunity to make it right. I can be reached on my cell phone at 435-773-1795 or via email at Customerservice@cshelp.org

Sincerely,

Online Customer Support
