Centerpoint Energy Centerpoint, Reliant, Centerpoint misleads, creates erroneous charges, hangs up on customers, does not respond Baytown, Texas

Centerpoint Energy is hiring contractors who are breaking laws, constitutional rights and will not confirm that these contractors are actually working for them.  We have had a contractor for centerpoint break into our fence, scream at children and women at household and a person was injured trying to enclose a dog before the centerpoint contractor received personal injury or death.  This contractor did not notify or request access to area, notify of presence, etc.   The contractor ust broke the fence and came in, to scream at women and children.  Centerpoint denies the hire of contractors or the wrong doing of this employee.  This employee had no uniform or markings on truck, but did have a work order from centerpoint energy.
