CENTEX HOMES Sales Person is being Deceptive. Liar Liar!!!!! Houston Texas

We purchased a home from Centex last December; a build job. We put down $2000 earnest money and $3280 for options that we made. Towards the closing day for our home we noticed that the color of the tile was wrong. I called the construction manager and let him know about this issue. The sales person called me and said the wrong tile that was put in my house was within the variance of the same group of colors. But we were like no way!!

The color of the tile is totally different, not just one or two pieces it's every single one of them. I told the sales person they need to change out the right tile for us. Days later she called and told me that they will replace the tile but she wanted me to come out to her office to select the tile (because she said she also has two others that look very similar compared to the one we want) I said there's no need, just replace the one I originally ordered. She insisted and saying we might like other two. So my husband and I went to her office and still picked the original one. But guess what!! She said the one we wanted was being discontinued!!! Wow I was like is that why you put a different color in my house?? They couldn't say a word.

The main issue was our house was not even the same as on the floor plan. Is that funny? Their answer to us is that the floor plan we signed was the older version. I was like no way and wanted to cancel the contract because of all the lies they told us. More issues: The sales person point the front door in their model saying this is the same door we will get for our house but it turned out to be different. Too many things ....

Now they are not giving us our option money back which is ridiculous!! If you are not building us the right house, there wouldn't be a chance for us to pick out any options at all. We need JUSTICE!!!!
