I ordered a sample product from this company for supposedly 1.00 S&H. They then sent me products that I did not order. Not only had I canceled my order they sent me the merchandice anyway debited my account for 2 different products. When I called to cancel my order I held for over an hr to do this, I thought it was settled. I was checking my bank account as I sometimes do and there were 2 charges 1 for $38.99 and another for $39.99 when I called I had to hold for 80 mins and 6 seconds spoke to a rude man named Manny after about 2 min he hung up on me. I got the products sent them back via Certified mail called to give them the tracking number to refund my account held for 83 min amd 10 seconds spoke to a man named Albert, He refused to credit my account back saying he needed the product first I tried to explain that I had a tracking number to prove I had sent them back and that they took money from my account with out authorization and he hung up on me as well. These people are rude and have no class. I did not authorize them to take money from my account and they did it anyway and now I have to wait for them to get their products back that I did not even order, and it says that I am subject to a 15% restock fee. Why do I have to pay to restock something I did not order, or an order that I canceled.
