This company charged my AMEX $44.95 on 11/19/2008 and mailed me a product which promptly I returned as "not requested "because I never ordered anything from them at the value of $44.85.
I called ACAIPURE and tried to talk to a representative and cancel order, membership or whatever they have on me . It was impossible to reach anybody on the phone. The waiting time was over an hour.
On 12/ 27/ 2008 they charged my AMEX account another $39.95. Again I tried to call but it was impossible as hundreds of others who dealt with that company can testify if you looked at the pages of complains against that company.
I requested AMEX to stop payments and start inquires about the charges.
I asked the company by letter to cancel orders or membership or whatever and credit my account with AMEX at the amount of charges which appeared in the transactions they made.
