Central Coast Nutriceuticals Fraudulent charges for non-order Largo Florida

I ordered the free trial shipment of the AcaiPure supplement for $4.95 shipping and was charged that on my credit card. I was not impressed with results and did NOT place any order from this company other than the trial offer. But I was placed on an auto-ship status and sent a shipment, charged $44.95 to my card. When I called to complain and request refund and stop shipments, I was told I would have to pay $4.95 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee, so my credit would only be $33.95. Basically, this company made an easy $10.95 from me without any effort. I was issued an RMA and was told my account would be credited after return. So I will return and see if they actually do credit my account. Just to be cautious, I called my credit card company and requested they change my card number. If a credit is issued, they will post to the new number, but the company will no longer be able to charge amounts to my new credit card. I did not notice on the website that I would be enrolled in an auto-ship plan; if it was there, it must have been in extremely small letters. I would stay away from this company and this experience has soured me on any online transactions other than from reputable, established companies.
