Central Credit Services - Melissa Ray And Steven Very unprofessional Not respectful, Rude, Abnoxious Jacksonville Florida

I got a call from this 888 number and when I returned their call I had to give them my phone number. So I did. They transferred me to Melissa Ray. Why did they do that?!?! Well her tone when we got on the phone was already rude, but I let her talk. When I finally got a chance to say something, I told her that I won't be able to make a payment right today. Then she started going off on me. Saying things like we are going to take you to court, we are going to get our money one way or the other, etc.. I told her that I never said I wasn't going to pay on the bill. She was trying to make me say that I wasn't going to pay it, so they can take me to court. Then she says you are not talking to no little kid. First of all I knew I wasn't talking to no little kid. She was the one talking like a kid. Then I told her that this conversation had been recorded. Melissa then says "You didn't have my permission to record this conversation." And again started running off at the mouth. I asked to speak to the person who is over her, the person who signs her paycheck. Melissa says that there is no one over her, that she was the highest you could get. Yeah right! I know there is someone over her. She thens hungs up the phone.

I called that number back and I asked to speak to the person in charge of the compnay. They transferred me to this guy who I thought was going to talk with no sense. But I was wrong. His name was Steven. I started telling him about my altercation with Melissa, he then says that he really doesn't have time to here what happen he has other work to do. Steven then asked me was I going to pay the bill. I said I couldn't do nothing today, but.... Before I could finish he said that I will continue to get the phone calls from them. I then asked him where was this location at. He told me in Jacksonville. And I then told him that I wanted to come up there so I can talk to the boss and that Melissa lady. And then Melissa calls me back private and says that I was on tape threatening the company. And not to call back there no more. She is not suppose to call my job back and say that.
