Everybody who is stuck with this horrible company hates them. Some of their employees are extremely rude, not the least of them Roberta. She treats you with air of control and unhelpfulness that screams "Your stuck with me, and you can't do a thing about it, so I am going to do my very best to annoy you"

 

I can purchase a house over the internet with electronic signatures, but can't sign they stupid agreement without physically coming into the office. It is a complete waste of time, and they don't care at all. Absolutely drives everyone nuts that has to deal with this company that thinks mail is still delivered with the pony express!
