I purchased a 2011 seadoo gts new (0 hours) at this dealer on November 25 2011 and since I got it I haven't been able to ride it since its been acting up, I took it to the dealer 3 times already to get it fix since is under warranty with no luck. The watercraft have now only 2 hours of use and it's acting up, it won't pass 11 miles per hour and it shows a P0524 code. The dealer refuses to fix my watercraft for no reason at all. Now I'm going to have to drive further to another seadoo certified dealer to try to get it fix. I pay over 10,000.00 dollar for a new watercraft and I got a lemon. My email is (((redacted)))

Central Florida PowerSports always stands behind the products and services we sell.  In this case the customer had a brand new Sea-Doo that was suffering some warranty issues.  We were working closely with Sea-Doo to resolve the problem with the machine.  Unfortunately, this was a new model PWC and Sea-Doo had never seen this problem before.  I understand the customer's frustration and met with him to discuss our plan for resolving the problem.  During this discussion the customer became very irrational and irrate. He started yelling profanities and was extremely confrontational.  It was at this point that I asked the customer to take his PWC to another dealer.
