I received a phone call from a company called CIL (Central Investigation Litigation) and they said I took out a cash advance from a company called Cash Transfer and it was deposited into a bank called Zions Bank.

They said that I owe them 600.00 and that three lawsuits were pending against me for internet fraud. I never received a loan from them and I called Zions Bank and they said that I never had an account with them.

They said I had to resolve this issue before I got off the phone with them today or they were going to send my file to the court systems. They asked me for a debit or checking account number so they can get the payment out. I think it is fraud and I need some kind of answers to this matter

These guys have been calling me for over a year. It is fraud. Don't give them any information. They don't take no for an answer. Somehow they have my social, work number, address, and an old closed bank account. It doesn't matter what you tell them. I have told them I would report them to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General. They have told me they are sending attornies to take me to jail. Now they want my card information to follow my case in court. If you get them off your back then I'm jealous...
