Central Mobile Homes ripoff the modular home that turned into a nightmare crooks crooks crooks Labelle Florida

buyers beware,when you deal with central mobile homes. My new modular home turned out to be a cluster duck.I should have been in this home in three months. it took a whole year to finish.

I spent 15,000 on rent and storage.I should say i lost 15,000 on rent.And the home turned out to be a big hunk of crapppppp.Roof has sags the floors sag real real bad this is a homes of merit home.And its built very poorly leaking toilets leaking sinks cracks in the ceiling windows mounted crooked doors mounted crooked.

central mobile homes took so long to have building site ready the home had to sit at the factory for six months.And then it sat at home sit for another six months. some time during all that sitting rats made a home in my home.so i allready have a family.

kitchen sinks leaked.lots of mold growing in bathroom cabinets. they still dont know what caused the mold.today half of my lights went out cant get them back on.Will call an electrician .None of the interior doors close good warped

window frams are twisted real hard to slid open cheap cheap cheap.When you walk in the kitchen the refridgerator all most falls over stove too.The wall is sinking in the kitchen along with the floor it sits on. they tell me this is normal for a modular home.The factory HOMES OF MERIT says its the dealers CENRAL MOBILE HOMES fault.If you like problems and i mean lots of problems.Buy a homes of merit modular home, from central mobile homes.It took central a year to have building site finished. I could of had a regular block home built in that time

Real nice block homes in my area were built in eight to nine months It took so long to get in this home .the lady at the bank had to change the loan papers five times interest went up.None of what the factory or the dealer said was true all of it lies lies lies.

And after all said and done i have a nice nice nice big pile of crap The quality of workmenship is very low.I dont think the workers at the factory can read a ruler nor a level.When the builders cut material to short like trim ect. they dont bother to recut another piece they just fill the big gap in with chaulking.I think the factory must have five hundred pounds of chaulking on the trim.I looked up central mobile homes on the computer at the court house in labelle florida.they have been sued alot a list as long as your arm

keep in mind this home just turned one and all of these problems ive had for a long time. If you find you have to deal with these scum bags get yourself a lawyer
