Sales Rep Ephantus Mwangi came into my business selling merchant credit card services.He offered a free credit card terminal and lower fees and other incentives.So I signed up.I NEVER received the terminal and my account was never set up.But I am being charged automatic monthly charges when I have Never been able to process a credit card with them.Then I find out that the main company is Merchant Choice Card Services so I have called them five times spending over thirty minutes the last time trying to straighten this out. I canceled my contract but am still being charged the monthy fees.I dont see how a legitimate company would be this hard to deal with.WATCH OUT!

I am an ex employee of true payment solutions and Ephantus was my boss.I have say that it's very sad that whoever wrote this report tried to describe a great company and a great Business man in a negative way.

From my experience ,true payment solutions is one of the best paying card processing company I know of.The integrity of leadership in this company is wonderful.As usual in life no matter what you do,some people will always have a negative story to tell.

I worked in the office as a support staff,and the great deal of concern that the management has for their customers is the best I have seen any where.I have to mention that the gentleman mentioned here is the most hardworking, ethical and giving person I have ever worked for.I find it hard to believe that the writers of negative reviews are honest people.

I have to admit tha this company will be a bad choice for lazy people who want to make money for doing nothing or for employees who are not service focused because the pressure within the company to meet merchants service needs is very high.The policy when I worked for them was that we did not clock out untill we resolved almost all customer issues.

For the merchants out there looking for a good company with great support,this is the company to do business with.

For new employees,I would say that you have nothing to worry about.The leadership is great and they care!! The owner will do anything to make sure that the employees are well taken care of.

If you wonder why I do not work for the company anymore ,I had a health issue that needed me to step aside but in the future I look forward to working for true payment solutions.

By the way this company is now the Fastest growing ISO (independent sales organization ) under cpay in the whole of the USA.

As an ex employee of ephantus I had to say I find it funny how he boost his own ego about being good buisness man. And I wouldnt dout anyone claiming the problems steve was claiming for the simple reson nothing with his buisness is stable things change daily and I myself had issues with merchants getting charged when they shouldnt have right after I signed them up with ephantus "aka true payment solutions" ect....a non registered iso for central payment corp. And as for him being a mentor I find that hard to believe as ive never seen more than 4 sales reps under him at once for obvios reson that I wont mention im not saying dont do buisness with him he and his company are just very unorganized and hopefully that will change with time but untill then I wish anyone working for or doing buisness with him good luck.

I am the individual being refered to by steve in this  report,and i would like to confirm that this report is not true,it is malicious and very ill purposed.

I however can confirm that i visited steves location asking to do business with him which he agreed.But according to  card industry regulations all individuals applying for credit card processing accounts have to go through a credit and felony check.Based on steves credit,his account was not approved,and the company i represent never at any time charge his account.If steve has any documentation proving his allegations i request him to  post it here.

I would also like to clarify his reburttal that i represent several companies by saying that this is  also not true.It seems to me that steven was offended by the fact that his credit rating was too low to be approved  for a merchant account.It is sad that he directed his unger towards  unfairly damaging my name.

Finally i would like to take this chance to let any one reading this report that Ephantus Mwangi,is an honest business man who is very successful in the card industry .I currently do business with hundrends of merchants acrosss the USA who are very happy with my service.

I  am also a mentor of hundrends of sales reps in the card industry and i have no desire to take any advantage of anyone.We all have people who for whatever reason at some point in time may choose not to like us and in my case Steve took that road.

I have personaly  visited Steve after he filled this report and he promised me that he would pull out this report but as per ripoff reports terms this is not possible.

Thanks Ripoff reports for allowing me to give my side of the story.

Central Payments Corp should Be removed from this complaint-They have done their best to clear up the confusion caused by their sales rep. I finally found out that they are two separate companys but represented by the same salesman. The salesman represents himself as working for Central Payments and gives you their business card and makes promises that he cant keep then signs you up with whatever company he can. Not telling you that Central Payments has nothing to do with it. Central Payments was diligent in trying to figure what actually happened and I thank them for that but they bear some responsibility for having someone like this in there employ. I have talked to Merchants Choice Credit Card Services Five times and still have not received a refund of my charges. I will file a separate complaint on Merchants Choice Credit Card Services Woodlands, TX 77387
