While trying to find out the origin of a payment demand, I ran across <http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-866-208-5290> that are complaints about fraud at a telemarketing complaint site and <http://www.ripoffreport.com/newspapers-magazines/central-subscription/central-subscription-service-879e5.htm> which lists the same company name with the same phone number, but a different address.

The demand letter is unsigned, gives no names or details other than amounts under various headings and an order number.
