Do not send this company any money!!  They called me with an offer on a timeshare I had for sale and they were able to sell it for much more then I was prepared for - I asked them a lot of detailed questions and they almost got me to send them money but something told me they were too good to be true.

After extensive Internet searching I was able to determine they were frauds but I sent an email anyway asking about these inconsistencies.  No response!!

My advice to anyone wanting to sell your timeshare is to investigate, investigate, investigate!  To sell your timeshare, the individual needs to have a real estate license or the transaction isn't legal.

To sell your timeshare, you should not have to send anyone any money at all.

I became suspicious when they insisted on an immediate wire transfer for the amount of the back owed maintenence fees - I told them I would pay the resort directly and the guy started saying that it could 2-3 weeks for the resort to post that they are paid which is not true.  Even if it took that long, the transaction  wouldn't be finished yet so.....why can't I pay the resort directly?

Please watch out for anyone asking for money upfront to sell your timeshare.  They are complete frauds!!!!

Hi Tami,

Just to answer a few of your concerns..We have to re-register in the state of florida annually. We just did that and that is why you see that. Im not sure why my number comes out invalid, because as you have seen..its obviously a working number. Our office comes out to a virtual office. Thats the mailing address we use and we are also physically onsite. It is an actual office. And we are registered with the online business bureau. If you click on the link in the welcome letter, it will take you to their site.

We are not here to scheme you. We have a legitimate buyer interested in your timeshare and we have their signed contracts and deposit in escrow. They are excited and looking forward to this especially after you dropped the sales price. Unfortunately, as per the financing stipulations, the maintenance fees that are owed needs to be put into escrow so that we can have a smooth transistion. If you paid it directly to the resort, we would have to wait for whenever everything updates with the resort, which could take anywhere from 72 hours to 2 weeks. Please understand that whenever we have a loan approved, we only have a certain amount of time to get everthing in place otherwise the loan itself expires.

I'll tell you what, we dont normally do this and its out of protocol but I talked to my manager and he agreed. If you would like to talk to an actual client that has done business with us and has sold her property and has gotten paid, I can arrange for you to speak to her. I already asked for her permission and she said she wouldnt mind speaking with you.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed by the end of the day.

Having several issues with this - first off, your business flyer says you've been in business for 16 years but the state of Florida shows you just got your LLC a few days ago - June 9th to be exact.  Next, when I Google your phone # it comes up as an invalid #.  Next, when I Google your business name nothing comes up.  Next, your office address returns to a virtual office, not an actual office. Finally, youBureaur flyer also states you have a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau but there's no record of your company with the BBB.

I can pay the timeshare the 2016 maintenance fees directly to Liki Tiki and I will do that, so if you really are legit, then I shouldn't have to come up with any money at all.

I asked the rep if I could pay the resort directly - which would have resolved the situation but was told I couldn't do that.  I also wrote the rep an email asking questions which he never responded to.  A legit business would have written back

We did have an interested party in Ms. Tami Ray's timeshare. After sending her the offer, the title work came back and Mrs. Ray owed back maintenance fees. Once the title report came back, we contacted her to explain the situation. We had contacted the resort and we were going to be able to settle with them on 50% of what she owed. The only reason the resort agreed to the settlement was because she had a pending sale. That is the only reason we asked her to place the funds in escrow. We did not ask or charge her any money upfront. If she had been responsible to keep up with her maintenance fees, we would have not asked for anything. It's unfortunate that we could not process the sale for Mrs. Ray but it was to no fault of ours. It was due to her negligence in keeping up with her maintenance fees. We take pride in what we do and we have 0 registered complaints. And its unfortunate that the first blemish we have online is due to someone who could not pay her bills in a timely manner.
