central trucking inc Cti how it was for us kingman Arizona

 my friend and I went to work there because we wanted more time at home. We knew we would take a pay cut from what we were making to be a relay team there. They pay by the run which is about half of what I used to make at my last company. That's the trade less money but more time at home. But if you take more than a 34 then you have to wait for a truck to come open which has happened every week for the last 6 weeks we have been there. This last week we took 2 days off and were ready to head back out Monday. No freight they say. Finally Friday they called and said they have something for us. This is the longest we have waited most weeks it was 2 days. They also slip seat so their trucks are not what I was accustomed to. I guess if you wanted to be a part time driver they would be okay. My codriver said the heckl with them and went on his way. The same thing I'm gonna do. I'm not one to say much since at my old company my codriver and I hold the record for miles run so I want you to know I'm not slacking. So if you are looking at this company really check them first. You might want to look at iwx as an alternative. They have stricter rules like no phones while driving period and have cameras in the truck.but the pro for cti as a relay driver is no waiting to get loaded or unloaded just drop and hook.
