I lodged a formal complaint about a receptionist. This complaint was sent to the Human Resources Director with a request that the receptionist be counseled. Their response was to charge me with disorderly conduct and file a restraining order against me. The document made false accusations against me. I was subsequently forced to agree not to go to the location that the receptionist worked at and receive my future services at the main office which is considerably farther than the office I went to. This company is a V.A. medical contractor and, as a veteran, I have no choice in where I can go for my medical treatment.
