Centrally Grown at Off the Grid, Centrally Grown Off the Grid LLC ,Off the Grid, Cambria Red Mountain Farms LLC, Dave Robertson, Stephanie Rynning This individual/company stole almost $8,000 from me and my family while planning my wedding Cambria CA California

This company own multiple homes that they rent out as vacation rentals in addition to their restaurant in Cambria. I went and toured two of the homes and was told there were problems but that they were undergoing renovations and by next year they would be in top shape. I understold to take that promise with a grain of salt. I was told that since the recent rain I wouldn’t be able to visit ”The Spanish House” but I could come back to see it later.

I loved the properties and the location so in the interest of moving forward I was told that the best way to secure my wedding date was to book the properties via VRBO that way my dates were set. We rented three houses on VRBO on January 17th 2018. I met with Stephanie and Cade multiple times in the planning process and communicated with them regularly until they stopped returning my calls and emails for three months!!At this point in early June it was brought to my attention that they no longer owned the home I has rented to have my wedding at. It had been foreclosed on on February 17th, 2018.

To make a very long story short the Spanish house is a total tear down. The pictures on the vrbo and Airbnb were completely misleading and fraudulent. I found this out when I went through the pictures from not 1 but at least 3 bankruptcy cases. They have still never given me a dime of my money back. I met with them after the foreclosure and they continued to plan my wedding with me as if nothing was wrong. FRAUD! I have also been in contact with their attorney who has promised for months that a refund was on its way. I am writing this in the interest of protecting others.
