Centrix - Flat Iron - Peak 5 why do they need this information Centennial Colorado

I fell behind on my car loan by one month due to my husbands company closing for two weeks in December which resulted in us not recieving a paycheck for two weeks. Yes this is my fault I fell behind that is not my complaint.

I called on 1/16/08 to pay for the two months of payments that were due and I was unable to pay over the phone with the automaited system I had to speak with a cusotmer service rep. Fine whatever! I made the payment and before they would give me a conformation number for my payment they asked me to verify all my information, address, phone #, work info etc., I understand that but then he asked for my paydays, the color of my car, how many miles were on the car, how much money I make, who drives the car, how many miles do I put on the car a month. WHY do they need to know all of this? WHY if I am current on my car loan at this point do they need to know anything other then how to contact me. WHY! I could see if they were getting ready to repo the car but they're not! I have never had them ask such personal questions in the 4 years I have had the load until Peak 5 took over. I have another car loan from another bank and they never ever do anything like that. I fell behind with them and they took my payment, credited me a late fee too bad I didn't have two loans with that lender.

never again will i sign a loan from a bank with such a high interest rate. i would rather go to a buy here pay here then deal with peak 5 again. Sorry this isn't a report about them taking my money but I feel a report should have been made
