I bought a 2002 Hyundai Santa fe may 2008. the original finance company from what I was told was dealer funding I believe are located in Georgia. I made 2 or 3 payments to them.
and and then they didn't have the note anymore  I finally got a call from a company named Cresent Bank from new orleans I think. they said they had bought the loan and I was to make my payments to them. ok getting frustrated.
I made 3 or 4 payments to them and then guess what They don't have my loan any more..

I get a call from a company called peak 5 in Colorado .. so I make 4 or 5 payments I usually pay by phone with my debit card. on Friday I called them and made the payment this was may 25 2009. my payments were not behind mind you. on saturday may 26th they withdrew another payment of 340 dollars from my account. I called them on Monday to tell them of their mistake. and their response was that I had agreed in april for them to make a withdraw in may??? AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN IT TO MY ACCOUNT no I did not why would I do that???

they completly messed up my checking account and other bills due. My bank tried to get the funds returned to my account as they seen the double transactions and that my payments we not behind.. they could not they had to close my account to get this company to stop withdrawing every day for 7 days $340.00 . I am still struggling to get out of the mess they created. and now it seems as peak 5 chained their doors in the middle of the night??? and poof there out of business.. now my loan is back at dealer funding I get a call from them today and they tell me after a year and three months My balance is still the original balance of the loan. less 925.00??? what do I do?  this is horrible... anyone please tell me??? original loan 10,025 current balance 9,100???? A YEAR AND 3 MONTH OF PAYMENTS OF 340.00???

I understand what happened to you because the same thing happened to me.  Cresent Bank and Dealer Funding and Peak 5 are all connected together.  You won't ever pay their loans off, that is how they  operate. I know how you feel, I'll bet you never received any statements in the mail, and I"ll bet you can't get a payment history report.
