While shopping for car parts online, I may have come across a phishing website that somehow got a hold of my credit card info. A few days later I received an email from CENTRL MRKTG/MNGMNTLLC. Below is the exact copy.

I called the bank and asked for the phone number [(609)977-6588] so I can call to verify the charge, and lo and behold it was a invalid number.

Internet research brought me to Ripoffreport.com and it appears that this is more widespread than a shady auto parts dealer website, as other businesses are also referenced. This needs to have the authorities brought in on it as I am sure if they talk to all the banks and cc companies and ask how much money they had to refund based on gateway@linkpt.net there would emerge a foreign scam ring. Internet shoppers beware, don't shop with no name internet brands just because the price is better than the well known trusted companies.
