I too, like everyone else was scammed. First by Centurian Financial. They debited my acct. $249 and 30 days letter still no mastercard with $2,000 limit. I was then debited $59.90 from Protel (Nationwide Professional Teleservices). I have fought and fought with these companies, I faxed the owner of Protel (the only way to reach him), I argued with Bryan of Protel and I plan on calling Centurian tomorrow to question them about who owns the company.

THESE COMPANIES ARE SCAMS if you are contacted by them get whatever information you can and hang up and take it to the police.

I have been extensively researching and digging into the ownership of the names of these companies and getting ready to make them pay for what they are doing. This is not legal and they will pay if we all work together. I have found that Protel goes by several different names and works with TONS of "financial institutions" that offer these credit cards for a fee.

The following companies are associated with Protel and are all scams, Centurian Financial Benefits, RX Financial, BCI Central Bank. I will keep everyone updated as I go. please give me your feedback or any info you have and please don't lay down and take this from these companies, we will get our money and our rights back.

Thank you Donna from Dallas, TX. I followed the information you provided and I got a refund for the $249 within 24 hours from Global Marketing. I called the number you listed and I was told to call 866-849-1486 and I spoke with Janay. Global Marketing no longer does processing for Centurion due to fraud.

I post the owners name for the benefit of government agencies that monitor this board. Much more so thanfor the benfit of the consumers. I also did include the helpful information for you get a refund. None of it is "False" as you stated.

Please try to understand how these scammers work. They have many "outsiders" involved in each scam. They have the call rooms, and they may even be scattered in different countries. They may very well be using Protel Teleservices in Florida as a calling center, thus the link.

They jump from one processor to another, and many have multiple processors at the same time, Such as Leo Corrigan and Jim Loverne doing the "Consumer Grants" scams. (They are also the financial backers for RX Financial). Keeping track of WHO they are working with is a fast paced job to say the least. As far as RX Financial in St George, Utah, I suspect you will someday see Kyle Kimoto and Joel Best from Assail behind all these other guys, Richard Ence, and William Wiliken. Kyle is paying others to use their name to cover his own butt after Assail. Want to know about Assail. Go to www.robbevans.com and look for Assail, Inc

Are some involved KNOWINGLY participating in the scam...the answer is YES. THEY DO KNOW.

I will stand by my statement that Robert Huttuion, of Toronto IS the OWNER of Centurion and also had Guardian Financial - Liberty - and Dapco. He is partnered up with another guy named Frank Bessillino (SP?) If you will kindley re-read my last post, I never mentioned calling Robert Houttuion. I said to call Global Marketing, and left the phone number.

The most recent processor was Global Marketing in Tampa Florida. They WILL give refunds if called and documented. Their number is, Again. 813-962-7770. If they are no longer doing Centurion, then ask them if they know who is. It could be NetChex, Monetary Solutions (Owned by Brian and Matt Hunt) Just ask!

You will either get a refund from your personal bank or the processor. You will NEVER get a refund from the tollfree customer service numbers they give you. NEVER.

Remember to file complaints to FTC, Attorney Generals and PhoneBusters. EVEN if you get your money back! If they call you and you do not fall for it, report them anyway!

Please understand Centurion Financial IS owned by Robert Houttuin, In Canada.

The PROECSSING company (SEPARATE COMPANY) are the ones that debits the account, and holds the money for an extended period of time. The PROCESSING company is Global Marketing in Tampa, Florida. If you want your money back call them, NOT CANADA, or any other toll free number they may give you.

YES, by all means file complaints to FTC, PhoneBusters, etc, contact the media, whatever it may take to bring these Canadians down with there scams!

Numerous Reports filed... No Remedy

I've sent complaints many times since Sept 19, 2004 when Centurion debited my checking acct of $249.00 I have called the phone number they said to call "866-784-0260" many times and have been hung up on or put on hold forever. Now this person says to contact Robert Houttuin out of Toronto, Ontario (who, she says, is the owner of Centurion, Guardian Financial, Liberty & Dapco) at 813-962-7770 and ask for a refund and they will give it to you. This is FALSE information. I wanted to make sure that others' damaged by this "scam" don't stop pursuing action against this company, because it would be in your best interest to continue forward as I am doing.

Which was also Guardian Financial, Liberty & Dapco.

The processing company is Global Marketing in Tampa, Florida. Contact them for a refund @

I am a single mother who lost her job..just refinanced my home...then I got this call to get
a credit card....which I never got...not to mention I lost $249.00 plus the $59.00 my bank did though get back my 59.00 from PROTEL....

I had to also fork out more money to make sure this rip-offss did not take more money out of my account.

I needed the credit card as I had a Dental emerge since Ilost my job I also lost my benefits.....

What more can I say!!!
I don't want to answer my phone anymore!
