Centurion Financial Benefits Ripoff Dishonest Fraudulent and Stole my $249 Champlain New York

I was contacted in November of 2004 proclaiming to be approved for a $2000 secured credit card. I was to pay the $249 and then I would be sent my card withing 25 days. Well after waiting on the 25 days that turned into Buisness days. After getting my packet 28 days later, it was a packet of brochures to apply for more stuff.

After calling customer service they told me it would be there in another 25 days, once I received that application fill it out and send it back in, and in 10 more days i would recieve my card.

All I have recieved is more pre-paid credit cards that ask for more money. I have called customer service for the last week and still haven't reached anyone.

Someone please help me in getting my $249 back.
