Do not fall victim of this credit card scam. These people will sound as sweet as possible and tell you what you want to hear. First off this is a STORED VALUE CREDIT CARD. In other words it is a pre paid card (funny how they don't mention DEBIT the whole time they speak to you, even though that is exactly what it is). I gave them my information over the phone to pay for the card (big mistake).

All of this sounded too good to be true, so I called the so-called customer service line to ensure my benefits and the day I would get the card. That is when I found out that it was a debit card, (a service most banks will offer for free through a checking account). Mind you that they don't promise you a debit card, but a credit card (in the recording following what was promised do they tell you it is a stored value credit card, not to mention these people can work for auctions they speak so fast).

After the call to ensure my benefits do I get very upset. I also needed another "benefit package" sent to me because I had moved since signing up to receive the package, but I was denied that request for whatever the reason. I was told I had to write to corporate headquarters to receive another package, so I wrote to corporate to request another package and I have still not heard from them (mind you I gave them my address and phone number).

These people are a joke (even the customer service representative told me, "sir usually if it sounds too good to be true then it usually is"). Tell me if I'm wrong but isn't a customer service representative suppose to talk about their company in a good manner (she basically told me that their service is a joke). In conclusion, I would like to thank centurion financial for screwing me over. DON"T FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
