Centurion benefits llc dba centurion insurance solutions offered me and about 20 other insurance agents a position as a 1099 independent contractors on a full-time schedule. My title was license insurance consultant. I was responsible for selling insurance. They secured and pay for license for me on 2 other states. I was told that I would not have to pay expenses as long as I was with them until the end of the federal market place insurance enrollment that ended on the 15th of February. I sold a lot of health and dental insurance plans through the insurance carriers that I was eligible to offer. My total commission so that I earned is about $7000. The last plan I sold for the agency was on 02/15. I have not receive any compensation from the agency for my service. However on 02/24 all the employees received a letter stating that our contract has been terminated and all commission so from the insurance carriers will be kept by centurion to cover expenses. We have not been paid since we started.

You signed a producer agreement outlining exactly what was expected of you. The agency paid for all of your expenses up-front. This included carrier appointments, Non-Resident State Insurance licensure, technology and an unlimited number of pre-qualified leads.
You were combative when those around you tried to help you, you had major issues with compliance and following company processes and your work ethic was less than desirable and I’m being polite. The dollar figure you note is completely inaccurate and goes to show that you’re simply attempting to smear and soil my name along with the agency.
Mr. Zagarella the agency covering your costs so that you could sell health insurance and you not meeting the necessary production to offset those costs was a breach of the producer agreement as such the agency terminated your agreement with cause.
As for your claim of me being involved in a scam, Mr. Zagarella that claim has absolutely no merit and furthers my point that you are merely attempting a smear campaign with no actual facts..
