They harassed me to sign up with them with their no recovery no fee!!!!??? Bull ****! Then they called me within the next day asking me to pay them more money than what my customer owes me! With a bunch of lies that my customer said about my business. I contacted my customer and said that he never talked or received a call from any one from this business and he didn’t even know who they are. This is clearly a SCAM company I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they advised me that they have received multiple inquiries about this business utilizing the same tactics to try to scam people for money. BEWARE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIERS THEIR ADDRESS IS A UPS MAILING SERVICE AND THEY ARE NOT LICENSE TO DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE!!!! For the record- “Ms. BIG Scumbag Manager” YOUR SHADY BUSINESS IT IS NOT ACCREDITED WITH THE BBB see attached PEOPLE. According to the BBB THIS business is shady and have multiple inquiries about THEIR misleading practices. THE BBB is investigating why they have a B rating when they don't have a membership with the BBB. CALL THE BBB YOURSELF TO FIND OUT HOW SHADY THEY ARE. THEIR LinkedIn profile HAD A picture of a model pretending to be an “Attorney” at their garage location and they removed the picture as soon as they were confronted about their misleading practices . STOP LYING TO PEOPLE AND GET A REAL JOB!!!!

As Customer Service Manager of Century Debt Solutions, Inc. I would like to begin addressing this anonymous blogger's slander by encouraging this individual to take a dignified and professional approach to solving his/her alleged quarrel with my company's services. Century Debt Solutions, Inc. always strives to deliver the highest quality services possible. I work best when given a chance to rectify conflict in a professional manner -it's a bit challenging if not impossible to solve a problem from an anonymous source. I welcome the opportunity to work with any party that has a grievance or concern in order to attain amicable resolutions.
In some instances, our licensed nationwide affiliate attorney law firms must resort to collecting money from hostile debtors. We use a UPS address to ensure our employees' safety as we are after all in the business of collecting money. Our ONE complaint and B+ BBB rating speak volumes for my organization's integrity, quality services, professionalism, and diplomacy.
