The above report regarding Century One Builders/Reliant Window was made up by a disgruntled fired employee who has since engaged himself in a business competing directly with Century One Builders/Reliant Window.

Some of his information is false. For example no bankruptcy has been filled. The rest is grossly taken out of context.

Century One Builders/Reliant Window can produce hundreds of happy customer references. Mistakes that have occurred have been corrected in good faith and represent literally, less than 1 tenth of 1 percent of all orders processed by Century One Builders/Reliant Window. The other 99.99% of orders have been done without complaint. Currently legal remedies against Bababooey and Rip Off Report are being considered.

Let me begin by saying, I do believe this employee rebuttal about a 'disgruntled fired employee' ..... Bababooey! isn't that the horse toothed clown from NEW YORK that produces the Howard Stern show? Really sad Bababooey.

Over the past 9 years, my wife and I have contracted this company 4 times. They have done 14 windows 2 sliding glass doors, refaced our kitchen cabinets, patio cover
and most recently, stucco and texture coated the entire home. Now, outside of an issue with one bedroom window which was addressed within 48 hours of my wife calling. We have always been treated very professionally from contact to contract to completion of installation.

We have recommend Century One Builders and Reliant to our family and friends and they too have been VERY SATISFIED.

If you are considering this company to do business with YOU WILL BE HAPPY with their level of expertise, professional employees, and attention to the homeowners needs.
