I ordered 10 products on Aug. 5th 2010 I recieved 1 product a week or 2 later the rest was backordered. I contacted them Sept. 30 and was told it would be another 5-6 wks which should have been Nov. 5 -12. I did not hear anything at all and have not recieved anything as of Nov. 24th
