I found this company through Red Beacon, Home Depot.  March 29, 2016, salesperson Stephen Faucett came to our house, took shower door measurements, quoted a price, sold us the "special coating" for the shower door and we signed the contract.  23 days later on April 20, 2016, the door was installed, the installers told us that we would have to clean the door and glass 24 hours later.  We thought that odd that a company would leave a job less than presting, the next day i spent 1 and one half hours cleaning the metal trim and glass, it never cleaned up.  The metal trim had more than thirty scratches, the glass had bubbles and was smeared with the "special coating"  On may 1, 2016, Salesman Faucett came to our house, examined the finish job and verbally agreed the job was inferior to the Century Shower Door standard.  he said the glass and metal would be replaced and that the installers should have come back and cleaned the door so we were left with a quality job.  May 13, 2016, two different installers came into my home and abruptly asked, so whats the problem?  That amazed me and they said they did not bring new glass but they could change the scratched metal.  I said it would be a waste of their time to change the metal and not the glass.  They left my home.  within an hour I spoke with the installation supervisor who told me I had refused his workers to fix the door (a lie).  The two installers returned to my home, replaced the scratched metal, cleaned the glass and left.  After they left I inspected their work and found the job to have smeared glass, and the metal to have many imperfections.  If you want to waste your money Century Shower Door is the company to do it with.
