I had this company install my Dish satellite about 1-1/2 years ago at my home. The installer located the dish on the back of my garage using lag screws with a 1/2" shoulder that had to attach to 1/2" plywood. Everything was going great until a wind storm during the winter months starting tearing at the dish and eventually causing it to fall off the garage.
I called the company and tried unsuccessfully to get them to come out and fix the problem. At one point I even told them I would attach the dish to the garage correctly if they would just come out and re-align for a signal. They insisted it was a professional install and that I must pay $99.95 to get the work done.
If anybody ever thinks about having this company install a Dish Network system at their home you better follow them around and inspect every aspect of their work because their installation is anything but professional.

Making comment on this story first of all all of the lag bolts we carry are 1 1/2" and we install 4 bolts to every mount. The bad wind storm happen to damage some of, and by that I mean not just this case but a few others actually grabbed a hold of the dish and ripped them off the roofs.It was quite a storm in their area.As far as the installation cost they must have called DISHNETWOK directly for our cost on service is $49.95 and we have been glad to reinstall at a discounted rate based on circumstances.
